Rats, Phantoms to compete for 'Time Warner Cable Cup'

The River Rats today announced a new promotion for the Northway rivalry with the Adirondack Phantoms. Over the next two seasons, the Rats and Phantoms will compete for the "Time Warner Cable Cup," which will come with a $5,000 prize for a non-profit organization of the winning team's choice.
